I don't think so. Atleast not in NA though I could be wrong.

Bumped up the steering temp by 2 degrees to 36C (was 34C stock). It definitely heats up faster now. Not as toast as my X3 but much better than before and warm enough to not make my hands sweat (the X3 made my hands sweat).

The new Lexus RX450 has it as an option... so I'm hoping they have it in the A4. I have a short drive to work so it would be nice to have the cabin warm up by the time I reach the office.

I guess it has also a lot to do how well the car is isolated....
I still have Civic Tourer DTEC (2014) and it also blows the air nicely, but it takes ages to get this car warm inside... Sure you don't freeze, but can't compare to my A4 Avant...
Plus I also have the Auxiliary Heater which is simply freaking amazing
It's really nice and warm all over - from the front windshield all the way to the boot.
Simply love this car
And I almost forgot - I live in Northern Norway.... you guys cab be my guests and research the temperatures we have up here during Winters
