Audi connect user management option not available
I picked up my A4 last week. I can't set myself as active/ master user.
The option"Audi connect user management" under Audi connect token in car MMI is not available to feed in 10 digit code from the key I received from Audi.
Anyone here knows how to make this option available in car MMI?
Also, my understanding was there is an Audi connect SIM that comes factory fitted in the car for 2017 models. But I don't seem to get any satisfying answer from Audi.
Anyone here knows about this? If yes, please do share. That would be helpful.
