Anyone else have this error pop up?

Looks like it a common issue among Audi cars with no real resolution from the searches I did.

I'll do a vcds scan and check with the dealer if it continues.

If it turns the Auto Start/Stop function off permanently I won't get mine serviced.

Ive gotten it about 4 times in the 2 months Ive had my car. Not a concern for me since it works again when I restart the car.

Thanks for the reply! Like I said, it looks to be a common issue.

Here is the fault I had in the ECU, I did disconnect and reseat the connector;

1 Fault Found:

26279 - Manifold / Barometric Pressure Sensor (G71) / (F96)
P0106 00 [036] - Implausible Signal
Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 00000001
Fault Priority: 2
Fault Frequency: 1
Mileage: 1328 km
Date: 2016.11.17
Time: 17:06:40

Engine speed: 1944.50 /min
Normed load value: 0.0 %
Vehicle speed: 74 km/h
Coolant temperature: 102 °C
Intake air temperature: 41 °C
Ambient air pressure: 990 mbar

this happened to me twice today, and on the second time the CEL came on and remained on.

car in the shop already. will keep you posted.

from the above it looks like a sensor problem.

Same error and fault stored today. Looks like it will be going to the dealer already.

update: according to the service bay, the CEL had gone off at some point right after i dropped the car off. they never saw it on. they could not replicate start/stop malfunction and the CEL never came back on for them.

here's the strange part for me - no code or fault appeared on their scan. WTF?
