Hi all,

I recently installed a Dashcam with a Hardwire to the dead pedal fuse Row C #6 (regular size fuse) which is supposedly the cigarette lighter fuse but I'm coming across an issue where the dashcam doesn't turn off even when the vehicle is off. Anyone have an alternative for this? Thanks!

I didn’t even bother hardwiring. Mounted camera at top of windshield, tucked wire in headliner, down a-pillar, beside dashboard, under glovebox, then tucked along center console to cigarette lighter adapter. Totally clean and you only see a few inches of wire at top of windshield and insertion point for adapter.
