Default B9 Oil Change

Anyone know the part number for a real dipstick for the B9?

Or if pn 06J115611E works?

That's the one for the 2.0T engine.

I don't know what the part number is, but I had purchased a dipstick from ECS Tuning for my 2009 A4, and it fit perfectly, although the oil-level mark was a little off.

But I tried the same dipstick in my 2017 A4, and it definitely did not fit at all. If I remember correctly, I was able to insert it only 2/3 of the way into the dipstick tube and it showed no oil on the stick.

I hope somebody comes out with a dipstick for the B9 engine.

The 06J115611E dip stick arrived today and works fine in the 2017 A4.

How does it work in the B9? Isn't that what we're talking about here?

Did an oil change last weekend, drained and replaced 5.5 qt. Using an oil extractor and with the filter on top of the engine, it was the easiest change I've ever done.

DIC Oil level indicated full before and after. The DIC bar was 50% with 5 qt so display range appears to be 4.5 to 5.5 qt.

The level per the dipstick was a little high before and is still a little high after replacing so I not so sure this is correct part for the B9.

However, if you do not fully seat the dipstick but let it rest on the rim of the tube without clicking it down, the reading looks just about right.

I have not been able to verify the B9 oil filter cartridge part number. I think it is 06L115562, can anyone confirm?

Was it your first change? What mileage did you have on the car?

Do you have a picture where the oil filter and the dip stick is supposed to be inserted, I plan to do the same next week. Thanks in advance.
