I stand corrected. You're right, I forgot there's an older, NVIDIA based MIB2 units. Mine's the latter.

Oh @rames I just realized you have a Canadian variant A4. Check out the 2020/2021 thread. You may get the update.

So are we saying 1439 is available for a 2019 A4 Prestige?

I’ve got 1316 at the moment and have an upcoming 20k service - wondering if they’ll install it. I wonder because they have a section about MMI software versions “up to date” that the service technician completes and they give the customer after every service.

1439 is for the older hardware, 1316 is for the newer hardware.

Has anyone tried installing any other types of updates through the mmi like driver assistance or reverse camera?

Other than the VC, I have no clue what else that could be flashed. Theoretically, it's possible to flash everything.

I think the Qualcomm based newer MMI units haven't gone past 1316 much. Because in the EU the equivalent 1329 version still appears to be the latest.

Audi's versioning is just confusing. When I looked at Wikipedia, 1316 is the latest (even though it's a lower number).

Something tells me that the 14xx is for the old units the 13xx is for the new Qualcomm units. And that messes with our software version understanding.
