Unsure. Any update to the ECM for MY19 could be for any number of reasons. The oil pump has been updated four times for the CYMC, but all CYMC use the latest applicable revision (GD) for R&R purposes. A Jul '21 document from AoA does show the 0w-30 504 as for the '19-'20 A4, not earlier. So who knows.
What you end up with for the B9 A4 with the performance engine is:
2017, CYMC, 252 PS, 502.00 5w40
2018, CYMC, 252 PS, 502.00 5w40
2019, CYMC, 248 bhp, 504.00 0w30
2020, CYMC, 248 bhp, 504.00 0w30
2021, DPAA, 261 bhp, 508.00 0w20
2022, DPAA, 261 bhp, 508.00 0w20
And the B9 A4 with the economy b-cycle engine:
2017, DBPA, 190 PS, 508.00 0w20
2018, DBPA, 190 PS, 508.00 0w20
2019, DBPA, 188 bhp, 508.00 0w20
2020, DBPA, 188 bhp, 508.00 0w20
2021, DMSA, 201 bhp, 508.00 0w20
2022, DMSA, 201 bhp, 508 00 0w20
Audi stopped misadvertising their metric hp numbers as US hp numbers starting with MY19. No idea what inspired them to change that practice. MY21 was the change from the Gen3 evo and b-cycle to the 12v MHEV Gen4 evo and b-cycle.

You still need to have the 'service' or 'inspection' interval cleared by the dealership or an OBD device of some type. I use the Carly OBD device, it connects Bluetooth to my cell phone. I was able to reset the Inspection Interval with it. You still really need to do your due diligence and check the items for that Inspection interval and make sure everything is OK.
