Well, I forgot to take pictures yesterday after I took delivery, so this is how I "found" it in the morning

It's raining and cold outside, so more pictures will follow but I wanted to share some impressions from the first 51 miles driving it.
The 2.0T/DSG is a nice drivetrain but coming from a 3.0T/AT8 in the C7 it's quiet a difference. There is plenty of power and shifting is nice but not as seamless at it was in the C7. The B9 is a lot lighter though and the overall feeling is much less like a big car - just how I expected it to be.
The whole MMI stuff is a lot different compared to the 3G+ (in the 2012 A6 C7) and 3G (in the 2010 Q5). A lot faster in all areas and a completely redesigned UI. After 24h I got a little bit more used to the new way of doing stuff but for now I prefer the old 4 quadrant layout.
I'm more a techie than a racer, so most of the following is related to the new MMI and other tech toys.
ACC: increments are now 1 miles per "click", compared to 5 in the 2012 C7
Lane Assist: After the initial "look, it drives on its own" I changed it from early to late and decided to not use it in the city anymore. I'm sure it will be quite useful on road trips but in the city I prefer to steer on my own most of the time
Traffic Sign Recognition: More a toy in its current stage, wrong plenty of times but could come in handy in certain situations, I would strongly recommend though to turn off the option for ACC to use the detected speed limit - otherwise you might be up for a surprise
ADS: Not much difference between Comfort and Dynamic, if I would order again I would probably go with the Sport Suspension (no ADS) and enjoy a little less wheel gap
Audi Connect: I posted plenty about this already but everything depends on the Connect Prime license, no Prime no nothing, software as a service - sound familiar?
WiFi Hotspot: I could't find the "Hotspot and client" mode yet, I only saw "Hotspot" mode under WiFi settings, I guess I will need find out what the footnote "Not available in all vehicles" means
CarPlay: Turning on CarPlay turns off all phone features via BT, I was hoping I could have an old iPhone 5 connected to the MMI to use CarPlay while my main iPhone 6 is connected via BT, nope - not possible
Start/Stop (ignition): will take some time to figure out when the car turns the engine off, changes to P, activates the e-brake depended on the order of opening the door, pressing the start/stop button, unfasten the seatbelt, etc
Start/Stop (engine): this is the first car I have with start/stop and it will take some time to get used to it, the good thing is that the engine doesn't turn off in S mode or when the brake pedal is only lightly pressed
More to come later, it's time to run some errands :-)

Thanks for the report and congratulations! I have a long wait still.
Do you drive in traffic much on a highway? If so, I'd like to hear how you like the traffic jam assist.
I know you said it's cold, but when you get a chance you'll have to report on the ventilated seats.

I had the ventilated seats in the C7 too and there wasn't much cooling on the spot, more like creating a nice climate over a longer period of time. They were definitely not cooling seats and I don't expect them to be much different in the B9. But we will see, the next day in the 70s should be only a week or two away.

Also, can you comment on steering feel and magnitude of understeer compared to your A6?
