I just receive genuine cruise control retrofit:

P/N 8W5054690

According to manual I should visit dealer and activate it using genuine VAG interface.

Is it possible to do it using obdeleven ?

OBD11 cannot do this since the retrofit must first be registered/activated with the Audi server online via VAS and then the new "default" config is restored to the car. The advantage of this process is that future updates will not erase the new config.

Hi, what about VCDS or VCP? Are you sure about OBD11? or OBD11 Pro?
I am planning to buy used part (not retrofit part) and code it somehow. Is that possible?
