'Not sure if this has already been posted previously, but the Map Update for late 2019-early 2020 is now available. In my case (Canada), it's available via MyAudi.com.

Too bad this is not available for my 2017 A4. Yesterday, I was driving through New York State, and as I drove over the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (formerly the Tappan Zee), the view on my MMI showed me driving over the old bridge, which was demolished and replaced by the new one. In essence, my car was floating over the Hudson River, with no bridge beneath it. It was quite funny to see.

And it tells me that I have used my quota of map updates and to contact an Audi "partner"...
Yes, five updates come with the purchase of the car. There's a cost after that - anyone know what it is?
I can't remember the last time I used this instead of Google Maps on my phone through CarPlay, or just stand-alone. Probably about the third time I used it and realized how much harder it was to use.
Hi guys I'm new to the forum & new to Audi ownership.I recently bought a 2016 Audi A4 (11/24/19) & would like to update the map. Now is this possible through My Audi Connect as the map update widget is not showing up & I got this message ''There are no further widgets to add for this vehicle''.
I finally updated my map today. It was a straight forward process. First downloaded the update to my computer (total size 12 GB as I selected complete map), then copied the files to an empty USB. Stuck the USB drive into the port under the AC. Went to MMI and selected Settings. The update itself took about 25-30 minutes.
I updated the Maps on my 2018 via USB Earlier in the year without issue. I just did a quick over the air update for Florida which went well but when it restarted my maps and navigational no longer pull up. They keep saying initializing and then ultimately gives a message that it cannot read the data. It’s been a week and has not self corrected. Going to the dealership this week. I wonder if there was a bug in the Florida map update. I called Audi customer care and they don’t know anything about any problems.
