Default MMI not working

Hi guys, having an absolute mare with my car. Wondering if any of you can help.

I've bought a wolfbox dashcam and I've been hardwiring it into the car (to no success either), maybe not the best idea in hindsight, but I used fuse 5 on the passenger fuse box (audi mmi interface/USB charging socket) to piggy back off as I needed a permanent live for the dashcam to go into time-lapse mode when the car is parked up.
Anyway, dashcam is staying on when it's supposed to go into parking mode, but the main problem I got now is my mmi interface isn't coming on at all, its a black screen. I've taken the dashcam out of that socket anyway and put the original fuse back in, I've tested the fuse again and power is running through it as it was previously. I can't understand why it isn't powering up?

Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

Fuse 5 in fuse holder C, left end of the dash, powers the R199 external audio interface, the AUX/USB unit under the center console arm rest. It's unlikely the MIB2 or MIB3 (is this a B9.0 or B9.5?) system is not coming up because of that. You'd probably need to scan for DTCs and see if anything is coming up from the car electronics side as errant.

Fuses 8, 10, and 14 in that fuse row are related to the MIB devices; have you checked those fuses are good?
