I just tested and the MyAudi app updated without error. Will test through this evening as I have time.

The update takes at least twice as long now - instead of approximately fifteen seconds (before the issues), it’s now just over thirty seconds. Also, I have to go to the “No warnings” section and then click Update to trigger the update. Swiping down to refresh doesn’t work consistently for me anymore.

Update: some updates take over a minute but no errors. Perhaps they’re actively working on it.

Sounds like they need to scale up their servers. I didn't have issues for months until Friday evening.

Did you upgrade to MyAudi 3.13 or iOS 13.1.2 if you have an iPhone?

I'm on Android. Last updated 9/5, 3.13.

I'm assuming their load balanced just scaled up because things started working faster for me again. They probably need to adjust the rules.

lots of new error messages, not a lot of success still (none).

i haven’t touched the car since 10/3, maybe the vehicle side needs to cycle once before things will be operational again. the latest error message from today would support this theory.

I’ve received that one.

The MyAudi app has worked without error, all day. Some attempts are faster than others so the update experience “speed” isn’t consistent.

Update: Confirmed that the my.audi.com connect site is now able to connect to my Audi as well now.

Has only worked once for me today.

Also, News (I have custom news sources configured in the MyAudi app and all of the default news sources disabled) and Weather not working in my car via Connect since all this started.
