Does pull to refresh work for you? This stopped working for me in 3.13 and still isn’t working in 3.14. 95% of the time I have to go the No Warnings section (below Oil Level) and then click Update to refresh the status of my car.

i’ve noticed pull to refresh typically just retrieves the last known state from the myaudi servers. if i want to force an immediate update from the car itself i need to manually hit “update” via the warning screen.

...and it’s all broken again. audi connect website kicks me back to audiusa, ios app is telling me to visit my dealer to have them register me as the vehicle owner.

This is sad and is beyond a joke.

I forwarded more errors to the support rep handling this endless case.

Audi Connect website and via the MMI is completely down. The website redirects to the in country Audi site (like audiusa.com).

I was logged out of the MMI and can no longer login with it stating service is unavailable.

Seems to have been down about 36 hours in the UK. If Audi want to be ahead then they really have to sort stuff like this out!

same here. it was working agaun last night but back to the usual again now.

lately i’m more surprised when it works than when it doesn’t. pretty bad for a product they’d like to charge me $499 to keep in a few weeks. at this point they’d need to offer me a SLA...

Currently there is a complete outage of all Audi Connect services. This is as of 10:04 AM EDT 10/29/2019. Audi connect services are not available In-vehicle and in App. Customers can not log into the app and Audi connect features will not be available in the vehicle. We will update as we have new information.
