That literally tells us how many of their customers actually use the service. Even they don't care that the system is basically broken for past several weeks. If the business depended on these services, they would hurry up.

Is the MyAudi app working for anyone? I’m closing in on a month (11/23 will be a month) with no service, again.

mine was working great for awhile but is back to inoperable again as of 2-3 days ago.

MyAudi destop works for me, Mobile app is inconsistent.

i’ve been down for a week or so, kinda stopped keeping track.

i did create a new myaudi account today with a new email, dealer is activating the audi connect contract tomorrow so i can reset the key user. guess we’ll see if that does anything.

unfortunately new key user has no effect on the issue. same behavior as before.

my 6 month trial expires today. i may let it lapse and then signup again tomorrow to see if that forces something to reset.

Earlier this morning, I completed a series of tests in my car to see if I could determine the cause of my MyAudi app sync issues (support has been useless in this latest case that's been open a month). Every time I've logged into Connect services in the MMI, I've always used the connect PIN and that has always worked fine to enable the connect sync services. This morning, I logged out and attempted to login using my Connect username and password and it kept telling me that my password was incorrect! This is despite the fact that I could login to all of the Audi websites/services using the same password and this includes the Audi Connect website. Additionally, this whole time, I couldn't sync the status of my car via the website either even though I could login without issue.

I then reset my password on the following sites and bam, I can now sync using both the MyAudi app and the website:https://www.audiusa.com/

https://my.audi.com/

https://myaudiconnect.com/

They clearly have some sort of intermittent backend issue that didn't sync my password during the last password change I made.

i’d think a new account would avoid a stale auth/data situation. will check again tomorrow to see if something syncs up overnight.

There was definitely some headache account merge situations I had to go through when they combined several my connect services into one.
