The MyAudi app finally started working properly today, after giving incorrect readings last week. Good thing I have a dipstick to confirm that my oil wasn't a quart low.

The MyAudi app is still not working for me after two and a half weeks (stopped working again on July 6th). Had to finally open a case with Audi Support (my sixth or seventh since buying the car in April).

They’re now engaging Germany to hopefully figure out once and for all why I’ve had nine months of intermittent issues with the MyAudi app and my car.

Fingers crossed.

Your MMI oil level monitor was a quart wrong?

Haven't been told what the fix was, but my issue has been resolved. Should be getting a call either tomorrow or Monday with the root cause and fix.

I can now use the MyAudi app without issue.

mine stopped working at some point in the last 18 hours.

Guess they fixed mine and broke yours.

The Audi rep said there is something the “IT team” usually deletes in customer “profiles” and that resolves the issue I was having.

Waiting for a follow up on Monday.

If you’re in the US, please open a case with Audi via email: AudiTalk@audi.com

I did a week ago and it was fixed within a few days.
