I am in the US. What do I tell them?

Email them and include the following:

- State your issue and any errors
- Include model and year of car
- Version of the MyAudi app installed on your phone
- What phone you’re using and OS version installed

Screenshots with errors are great.

I just sent a basic email stating the problems. I guess they will ask for whatever they need. Thanks for the advice!

So I noticed I’m being signed out of Audi connect every time I leave the vehicle and lock it. Anyone else having the same?

Do you have the MyAudi app open/running on your phone and connected when in your car?

I’ve seen this behavior as well but only when it’s running and connected.

The app automatically logs you on to MMI connect.

Tell me more!!! How do I keep it from doing that. I do have the app and I’m sure it trying to connect or is connecting. But there’s so little communication on what is happening that I have not idea what is going on.

Well make sure you selected the option in the MMI to save your username and password and I believe it should auto log you back in but don’t recall exactly.

This only happens to me occasionally but noticed it’s when I have the MyAudi app open and running on my iPhone and it’s connected to my car.

My app worked for a few days and now I cannot retrieve status when Leaving the car. App will open automatically when I start the car and connect to mmi wirelessly. But when I leave the car and try to refresh the status it says status cannot be retrieved. I tried myAudi website on my desktop and it didn’t work either. Not sure what to do.
