Email them and include the following:
- State your issue and any errors
- Include model and year of car
- Version of the MyAudi app installed on your phone
- What phone you’re using and OS version installed
Screenshots with errors are great.

I’ve seen this behavior as well but only when it’s running and connected.
The app automatically logs you on to MMI connect.

This only happens to me occasionally but noticed it’s when I have the MyAudi app open and running on my iPhone and it’s connected to my car.

My app worked for a few days and now I cannot retrieve status when Leaving the car. App will open automatically when I start the car and connect to mmi wirelessly. But when I leave the car and try to refresh the status it says status cannot be retrieved. I tried myAudi website on my desktop and it didn’t work either. Not sure what to do.
