OEM 10.1 screen conversion

That's not what I meant.
The 7" screen was 800x480 pixels and the 8.4" was 1024x480 (afaik). So the 7" is more square and the 8.4" is more widescreen.
For those people converting a 7" to 10.25" MIB3 screen, the image appears stretched because you are trying to display a square image on a wider screen.
If the MIB2 unit could be configured to think you had an 8.4" screen and output a wider 1024x480 image then it wouldn't look stretched on the 10.25" screen.
But I don't know if the same MIB2 unit could support both screen types. I did some more digging and it looks like there were low and high MIB2 units that were paired with each screen so it may be fixed in the firmware or even a hardware limitation.

Paradyne:
The image on my screen does not appear to be stretched. 7" to 10.3"
I, perhaps naively, thought the purpose of the various settings of the decoder were to accommodate the size change.
My system is MIB2 - High, if that helps.
This gets back to my statement months ago that the differences we're seeing are due to Audi software.

If by "fills the entire screen" you mean edge to edge. then the answer is NO.
Scrolling thru all the posts with pics you will see they all have a black frame around the image. The image is roughly 9 1/8" x 4 1/4" inches. Your post #139 shows a similar screen.
I just had a service loaner, 2023 Q5, about 2 weeks ago - I think the image was the same.
