Just installed mine and I'm very happy with the quality and larger images for my old eyes. I did have to trim off a little tab on the factory harness cause it wouldn't plug into the decoder, and had to find the right dip switch setting. My seller from AliExpress included no instructions so I had to hunt some down. Now I'm just waiting for the trim pieces to come in from my local dealer, or I could just cut the old trim for the left and right pieces. Don't really care about the center one cause you can't really see it.

I finally finished my conversion on my 2019. The screen came from a 2021 and the upscaler from Aliexpress. The installation wasn’t too bad and went smoothly. The only issue I noticed is a little purple line at the top of my screen regardless of input/source. Im thinking its the possibly the upscaler? The scree came from a 2021 with 2k miles and was packed extremely well. Attached some pictures of the install and the purple line at the top of the image.
