Hi,
I live in Peru, and just bought a A4 Sport 2.0 TFSI Stronic 190 hp - 2017, serial number (just in case) WAUZZZF4XHA120659, i bought the car in AUDI Peru.
I am trying to see video files thru MMI but I can not. As per user manual it supposed could show video files (MP4) using as supported media USB. I tried configuring as follow:
USB formatted FAT32, video file MP4, 720 x 576 px, @25 frames/second, data rate 1800kbps.
But nothing is showed, I can hear the music very good, but the option for video is not showed.

Could you confirm if I am doing well, maybe is not supported in my model?

Use Handbrake to convert files. Use the settings below by saving them into a file called Audi.json and then import the settings into Handbrake.

Hi, thanks, I configured/set video with Handbrake (resolution 720 x 404), but still could not show video, audio is only listened. Video option is not coming, car is stationary.
Please, do you have any other suggestion?.
More information: I can not see video not even if I am parked, I just only can listen music, I have read that OBD11 will enable VIM for those cars that want to see video when driving (and when parked they already can), but in my case I am not able to see video not even when the car is parked.

Hi All,
after some discussions with Audi vendor they told me that since navigation package was not installed as per factory, there is not any way to watch videos, even I got OBD11 and set configuration to ON in VIM Application but the same: not videos is being showed, then is not a matter of video format, at the end is because models prepared to south america markets are not installed with Navigation system, then no way
