That's annoying and quite different to my original issue - yours is much higher pitch, mine is a low 'hum' and seems linked to low-speed braking if anything, I've never heard it while travelling at speed. It's quite consistent and in the end I just stopped noticing it. Anyway I hope you get your issue sorted, please report back here if you do get it diagnosed. I am actually having an oil change myself next week so I hope I don't hear the same thing after that!
