Someone lightly rear-ended my Audi and there are multiple cracks in the paint of the bumper with a small chip in the paint with no other damage. Any suggestions about repair rather than just touch-up paint?

It seems to me the person who ran into the back of you should have insurance that should take care of your car. I would take it to an authorized shop and get an estimate then file a claim with that person's insurance company. You could get a check then repair it yourself and keep the money if that is what you want to do. There also could be hidden damage as well.
