Hey guys, is it okay to go through a normal carwash with the soft top? the manual states it is, but was wondering if any of you had adverse affects of this over time. i was looking for brushless car washes but not many in my area. thanks.

I don't see why not, for the top at least. But if you're Ok with the chance of having the whole side of your car scratched by the dirt and rocks from the other cars.. it's your choice. I would never recommend the drive-thru car wash for a dark colored car.

I wouldn't put any car I cared about through a normal commercial car wash. As for an auto detailer -- maybe, but I'd want to check it out first. But I've only put company cars through commercial car washes, not personal cars.
