I have been having some recent incidents (this morning, for example), when, after raising the roof, the driver or passenger door window will not close completely. The roof locks into place, the windows go up, and then one pops down half-way, as if it encounters a blockage. I have succeeded in getting the window closed by opening the door, putting up the window, then closing the door.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? Have you done anything to address it? Since it is intermittent, I'm not sure if I should bring it in to the dealer only to have him claim that there's nothing wrong with the system.

I have the same issue, but only on the passenger side and it is very intermitten. Have not brought it into the shop yet as the weather is too nice, but definitely will if it becomes more consistent or if other problems crop up.
