Hi I have just bought a 2009 A4 cabriolet s line final edition. On the multi function steering wheel I'm have some problems, first is that the speech recognition won't work at all and the mode button only access my address book on the Bluetooth phone.
After reading though all the manuals in the pack, it seems as if the functions should do more than this.

Any advice would be great

On my 2008 cab the voice activated calling is not enabled from the factory. I believe all the cabs to this day are the same. You can enable it with VCDS, I enabled mine. Mine has the RNS-E.
