From what my dealer told me....quattro is available in mid to late 03. Manual may apear in the states later but no time line was given.

According to Audi North America there are no plans to offer the manual gearbox on cabrio...
(which is why I ordered BMW 325Ci 5-speed manual with hard top last month).
