only concern would be caliper clearance on 19s….but I think they should work. Offset is fine. If you have a good amount of snow in your area I’d get snow tires in a 225 width. Remember, all seasons = no seasons. 🤠
Unless US market cars get larger calipers, the C8 in Europe (standard and Allroad) comes with wheels down to 18" so you should be fine
In another thread, @Glisse from Switzerland reported that the North Americans do not get larger calipers. 375mm front disks is what all 55 TFSI/TDIs get, everywhere.
The only difference, it seems, is that Americans don’t have 4 wheel steering as an option which is available in Canada.
Those are nice wheels @dassq5 - I believe those are available in 18’s too.

I thought we (USA) had awd steering for the 2020 models (which I have) and 2021+ it was removed due to the chip shortage???

Correct on the availability and subsequent unavailability, although no idea if the chip shortage was the reason (or even if the timing of the decision-making matches up with that possibility).
IIRC the A7 went through a similar availability/unavailability, with the rear-wheel steering now an option only for the S7 & RS7.

My Canadian 2023 so far is gonna have all wheel steering. We'll see as it clears production this week.
Not the best looking wheels, though a pair set of Q5 wheels with Blizzaks are nearby and super cheap. Would a 39mm work with our Allroads?
WHEEL SPECIFICATION Type: Wheel Rim Material: Aluminum Size: 19x8 Inch Color/ Finish: Silver Painted Bolt-Pattern: 5-112mm or 5-4.41'' Offset: 39mm Center-Bore: 66.45mm
Need to know the tire size to see the impact here: https://tiresize.com/wheel-offset-calculator/
... for whether you're getting significantly closer to the suspension & frame.
(I don't know what would constitute Too Close, but for some tire sizes, you're look at only a 2mm difference, which must be ok.)
Looks fine, as the narrower tire/wheel will not cause any rubbing issues, will not create any speedometer error, and is only 2mm off from being centered compared to the wider OEM setup.
You'll also have more protection against sidewall blowouts from late-winter potholes, and better traction in deep unplowed snow. (Other winter conditions, the consensus seems to be turning away from the old advice that narrower is always better.)
Sure seems like a good opportunity to get a winter setup with some significant cost savings!
