Lol, I went through that initially, too. The first set of sensors is a set of 4, one set needed, which I have seen for $280ish to $350ish for the oem ones. I chose that vendor for the shipping rates. The second link is for the individual stems, and you need 4 of them, unless you plan to use those from your original wheels. I plan to use the original wheels during winter, so I did not want to monkey with switching out valve stems every season.

got it! This might be the best option. Did you confirm these work? I’m having a heck of a time confirming what would work. Also, what year is yours?

I ordered them along with the wheels, have not received them yet to confirm. I did get several bids for the wheels/sensors from various online vendors, and all seemed to think those were the correct items. My car is a 2023.

I should add that I confirmed that these were the correct sensors and stems for my vin with the Audi parts manager at the dealer that sold me the car.

Did you ever get these installed? Everything working the way it should? I'm still driving around with TPMS warnings!

Took awhile because the TPMS sensors were on backorder (shocking).

Had an appt for tire install this past Tuesday but had to reschedule to next week as I did not receive all the parts until Thursday. Will let you know

Installed!

OEM S8 wheels, 21 x 9 et35
Continental Extreme Contact DWS 265/40/21

Sitting on dynamic setting at stock height.

It turns out that the TPMS “repair kit” comes complete with 4 sensors and the necessary stems. The extra stems did not need to be purchased.

Rides fantastic, tpms functioning normal

I'm so happy it turned out! I guess I'll go ahead and order this set. Thank you for testing the set out. By the way, your AR looks absolutely amazing!
