Got offered by a dealer on a left over 2012 A6 3.0T w/ Prem plus and cold weather pkg, Garnet Red with Beige interor.
MSRP: $55,250
Offer: $48,750
Currently the Audi conquest offer is unavailable.
Orignally I was looking to order a 2013 2.0T Quattro w/ PP and side assist, which should come at $1k below the above price. Do you think I should pull the trigger? Is Audi going to offer conquest rebate again?

That's 12% off the MSRP.
I don't think the dealer is selling at a loss. It might reveal how much they are making on each car when you're trying to buy at 6% under MSRP.

Would take the 3.0T over the 2.0T IMO.
But the 2013 PP does have some added options (ie. Audi advance key) that's not available to the 2012 PP model that may sway your decision.

That sounds about right. Unless you keep the car for a long time the depreciation will be double and then some of the discount. They offered. No issue if you drive it for 5 plus years. It is a problem if you trade in 3 years as the car will be four model years old.

Option-wise, I wanted the regular wood trim, but this one has the ash trim (non-glossy), and it does not have side assist, cold weather packge is a waste in CA. But those are small issues.
Do you expect Audi to re-activate the conquest rebate? or it is it?
