Hello,
I am a newbie to Audi's, so be gentle. I just purchased a 14 A6 Prestige last month. The dealer put new tires on the stock 18" wheels, but I am wondering about swapping them out for 19" wheels and tires. (Yah I know). What else would I have to do to swap the wheels? Changes to the suspension?

Bolt them up and rock on - I have a 2014 w OEM 20's

The only things to be aware of are being sure the 19" wheels and tires are matched to the overall OEM circumference spec and if the wheels are not C7 A6 19" OEMs, they have the correct offset.

Snagitseven is correct when he states this is important. I'm sure there are probably a lot of tire size calculators online, but this is the one I've always used.

An easy way to ensure the correct tire size for the 19" wheels is to go to Tirerack.com and plug in his A6 model. They will then only show tires that are the right size for the car.
