Default 2017 A6 2.0t RPM Jump after start and in gear

I have a 2017 A6 2.0t which I seem to have a little problem with. I bought it new and it’s my fist Audi. Nice car except for a few issues. The most serious being that after I start the car (not every time and mostly after not being driven for a little while) and I put it in gear the RPM’s will jump up about 2k. This happens when I’m backing out of my garage or a parking spot without my foot anywhere near the throttle and seems pretty dangerous. It also can happen when the auto start engages and starts the car again. I’ve already hit the wall in my garage and although it didn’t cause any damage to the car or the wall it doesn’t seem right. I’ve taken it in to the dealer for this issue once and of course to no avail. They couldn’t duplicate my “concern”. It would be much more than a concern if there was a kid or a dog in between my car and the wall. I’m wondering if anyone else has experience similar issues. I talked with a service advisor at my local dealership today who said he’s heard about it but there’s no fix. Doesn’t seem right that with a brand new car off the lot that I would need to constantly be ready to pounce on the brake pedal just in case. I’ve looked online, but haven’t found anyone with a similar issue. Thanks!
