Just decided to start looking to replace our 2013 Jag XF, and an A6 was at the top of our list. Stumbled across a CPO 2017 A6 Prestige w/cold weather and sport pkgs. at our local dealer. Has just 7065 miles and is a 1-owner, traded by a guy who goes through cars like candy (or so they say, I still need to verify myself that it wasn't a loaner/demo or something).
Anyway, assuming the story is good, I was hoping to get some pricing feedback. Dealer's currently at 54,980. Window sticker is attached.

That's a pretty fair price, IMHO. I paid $53k OTD for a 2014 A6 TDI Prestige (same package as the one you listed) with 19K miles at the time when the car was a year and 2 months old. So $55K for 7k miles for a prestige model that is probably under a year old is pretty good.

Could it be a loaner vehicle? If you can see the name on the title or registration would help. If not, looks like a fair deal. Im sure the previous owner bought it at 2-3k under sticker. I bet you could counter at $51.5K
