I am going to be out of town for a couple weeks and i will hit 5000 miles. Should i get the service done at the dealer while i am gone or wait until i get home and get it done at the dealer where i purchased my car? I will probably have about 5500 miles when i get home.
dealer while i am gone is a good place, my mom bought an A5 from there but i kind of want my dealer to be the ones to always do the service.
Thanks for the opinions

I would wait until you are back home. The 500 or so additional miles is not a big deal, and as you say, it is good to see the service dept. at the dealer where you purchased the car and let them earn your business, or go elsewhere when the time comes for your next service requirement.

Audi states that maintenance should be done within plus or minus 1K miles of all the scheduled services so you shouldl be fine up to 6K miles on your first one.
