Default Acc and Audi brake unavailable and phone being dumb

I've had my car less than a month and the acc and Audi break are unavailable every other time I get in the car. Today it was unavailable so cruise control doesn't work and my mmi showed everything on my phone but wouldn't play any of it. Then when I unplugged my phone it would flash on screen something about the wrong format. I unplugged and tried again probably 15 times and it never worked. Any ideas what it could be? I've used my phone a lot and this just started in the last week

Reboot the MMI. If that doesn't work take it to the dealer.

Can you reboot it while driving or do I need to cut the car off?

Since a reboot usually requires two hands it's probably a good idea to be parked.

Acc failing once should be an enough of a concern for you to be concerned. I trust ACC with my life every day, half of my driving is with ACC. It being unavailable is either a loose plug in one of the radars or go forbid a much bigger problem. Get it checked ASAP. Because if it fails during driving, it could be fatal.

Yeah I'm going to take it in. Mmi didn't work today once again
