Audi 2015 MY changes
The internet has been buzzing on some of the model year changes for 2015 and I am curious to how they pertain to the A6/S6. My curiosity this year is driven by the fact I put in an order for a 2015 S6. Of course I can't complete the order until the 2015 order guides arrive.
What I have seen so far is new tail lights, front lights. Currently, the assumption is the power trains will get a bump across the board (3.0 to 333 and 4.0 to 435), the MMI upgrades with LTE will make an appearance, and possibly redesigned front and rear bumpers. This is all speculative but since I will be without a car in two weeks and have to wait through the summer to get my S6 I don't have anything better to do. Any thoughts?

I didn't hear much about the 15 models getting a facelift for the U.S. It was mosly the a8.
Maybe a few minor cosmetics and the a6 and a7 should the ungraded mmi with the 4lte.

The audi A7 will have a facelift in 2015 because it debuted in 2010, however the A6 will not have a facelift in 2015 but only in 2016, and the new generation C8 will be 2018.
The only minor changes that the Audi A6 will have is probably the new LED headlights and MMI LTE in 2015 but no major facelift change like the Audi A4/A5 mid cylce in 2012.

Anything is possible but It's not in Audi's DNA to offer new, sanctioned tech upgrades to previous models (as evidenced by the hassle many have had getting a simple MMI update). Even if it happens, it will require different hardware, i.e. at the least, a new cel radio module and software recoding. Unless a third party offers a less expensive solution, knowing Audi, it wouldn't be cheap.
