Audi A6 -- Auto headlight function

Hello All, I have a 2008 Audi A6 2.7TDI. I have a defection daytime running light bulb -- could this affect the Auto lights function? Often when on Auto the headlights do not come on as they should -- as i am living in Finland it is law to have your lights on at all times... if not the lightbulb anyone else had this issue and can recommend a fix!

I enabled the rear drl’s on my A6. I think that drl’s are a good idea but I cannot understand why they think that rear drl’s are not as important as the front ones.
