Audi Club of North America is offering their new program for members purchasing most new 2013 Audis - 6% off retail for their members in good standing for at least 6 months (excludes RS5, TTRS, A8 W12, Q5 hybrid and R8 models).

Looks like ACNA was able to get Audi to offer their members the same program as Audi's Partner program that has been available for several years. It works the same way whereby the dealer is reimbursed 2% of the 6% discount by Audi, in effect with the dealer providing a 4% net discount from sticker retail. Loyalty rebates still apply.

What appears to be new (or different from the Audi Partner program) is the destination charge is now included for the discount.

Previously, ACNA program provided a $500 rebate to the member and the purchaser negotiated their own price with the dealer. For those of us that were able to participate in the Audi Partner program, this is actually a lesser deal as we received both the 6% discount and the $500 from ACNA. For the majority of those who were not eligible for the Partner program, this is a very nice program for new purchasers as you start out knowing that Audi is reimbursing the dealer 2%.

Yeah - got the ACNA email Tuesday and wished I had gotten that on my car which I only took delivery of two days before Xmas 2012 - not yet 2 months. I did apply for the $500 ACNA rebate but was not eligible for any Audi Partner deals so I hope I got close to the 6% off - still havent received the $500 yet but they said it could take three months.

I got that email last night and glad this will open up more buying opportunities for club members.
