Couldn't find any other comments about this - is anyone else having issues with the bluetooth phone sound quality in the C7? Anything above 40 mph, people on the other end of the line are having a really hard time hearing me. From experience I know BMW's bluetooth is good at highway speeds. I guess my area does have pretty loud roads. I have the 18" stock wheels (sport package).

There is a thread that covers this issue. I believe the problem was with the MIC.

What kind of tinting film are you using? Some, but rare cases have problems with cell phone communications.

+1... just drove 40 miles, 70+ ave. speed, no issues during a long phone call and audio streaming along the way.

One problem I had was when the air vents were pointed max up right at the mic. Move them down and away and it'll sound better

Over the last six months, I have had not issues with it. Call quality is great, as well as the Bluetooth Audio Streaming.

There is another thread that discusses this. I had to have my microphone replaced - they said it was ripped/torn during installation. I believe there was a bulletin on this as well. I had to to call my service guy while driving so he could hear the problem first hand, as they gave plenty of pushback. Once I did that, they looked at the mic, saw the damage, and replaced it.
