Contract cancellations vary by state. Some states allow the cancellation without any processing fees, other states allow fees. You need to read the fine print to see if your cancellation period is 24 hrs, 3 days, 7 days , 21 days ,30 days or 60 days. It should be on the form you signed. Wish I could help you more. Best of luck.

In California, you can, but at a prorated refund.
When we traded in my wife's Lexus her old car was only 1 year old, and they tried to sell us a new warranty. I asked if we could just roll it over and pay a prorated 1 year cost of the warranty. They said they couldn't do that. So I just said fine, I'd like a refund on my warranty and use that cash for the new one. They reluctantly did so.

Shouldn't be a problem. I did this on my old s6. I got a prorated amount back with a 50 dollar fee. As pointed out, it varies by state. I am in Georgia.

Ok. I called my dealer about canceling the contract and they agreed to send me a 200$ check !!!
In either case I live in PA and according to the contract I will be able to cancel the contract without any fee if it is < 30 days and there will be a 50$ fee between 30 and 60 days. Anything beyond that will be prorated.
