Coolant Change Procedure

Are you looking to completely replace the coolant?
I have also previously searched but no procedure found yet. However based on basic coolant system mechanics, I'd say it's a safe bet that after removal of all existing liquid, the coolant should be filled back to the fill point.
Then, both bleed screws should be opened slightly to bleed air our of the system. Last is to start engine to begin the coolant recirculating and start the process of bleeding the system. Heater should be turned ON at time of bleeding air out to make sure heater valve is open and water flows and bleeds out of that system as well. Once steady stream of coolant is seen from each respective bleed screw, these can be closed. Water should be added obviously as the water level lowers as it all settles and fills correctly, and air is bled out. Air in the cooling system will cause overheating.
The bleed screws are located at rear of each intercooler.
I've done full coolant replacement on other cars but none on Audi yet. Haven't gotten around to doing this on my car yet, but this is the process I will follow.
Oh and keep eye on temperature gauge, and shut off if it starts to overheat, then continue once temp lowers. Cap should be off initially when topping off water, but closed after a while, and not reopened to avoid burning oneself with scalding water under pressure. Water levels to be re checked and topped off again next day when engine cold.
Good luck on your search.
