Hello!

My car at around 40K miles has developed a rattle, that seems to come from where the dash board meets the windsheild, just left of the center speaker. It is very noticable at low speeds, especially when the wheel is turned off center, in either direction. Has anyone else observed this issue?

Funny thing, I have more of a buzz occasionally at the speaker grill on the left side near the windshield... but only when they're is a passenger! I need to shim it. Just pressing in the area immediately corrects it

So many buzzes in my car. I've had all four door panels removed and felt applied by the dealer and speakers tightened down (one door multiple times). My center console buzzes over imperfect roads which I have identified as the spring which flips the cup holder door open. Also had a dash buzzy rattle and it was the A/C vent fins (replaced by dealer). So check maybe the vents (though I know you said it was near the windshield). Also have a rattle in my rear deck. At least my car, the fit and finish is pretty sad. All this within 24k miles.

wow! sorry to hear that! I am actually feeling a lot better about my situation already!

Since I am past 40K, i will be opening up the dash myself very soon to see what is it in there causing this.
