I have the A6 and 3.0T badges from my old 2012 A6. Just because I want to see you do it, I'll ship them to you no charge.

I Highly recommend debadging the rear and leaving the rest as is. That's what I had on my A6 and I loved it.

I'm about to debadge my S4 as well.

Hi Manish,

They took it off on mine and re-attached it afterwards.

I like the clean look of debadging the trunk, and have done it to both my A6 and A8 - leaving only the Quattro badge in place on the lower right. Clean, classy, uncluttered.

Not only did I debadge the rear badges (I did keep the supercharged, didn't bother me) but had the rear rings and front rings painted black, makes the car look meaner in my opinion. I tried to find rings on the interweb already painted black, but they didn't have the new size yet. I bought new rings and had them painted by my guy.

And don't debadge the rear ring, I had it off until mine was painted black and it looked weird as hell without them.

I have never liked the "debadge" option. This one really comes down to personal preference. Personal, I like the badge identifying a beast is under the hood....

I am with you. I never liked or really understood the debadge approach. But as you note, it is simply personal preference

If you go into "snow" country, you may want to leave the "quattro" badging. Otherwise, they insist on chains before allowing you onto some roads.

As noted, six to one, half a dozen to another.

(besides, those shiny mirrors give a lot away to those who know the difference ;-) )
