Mine's still hit and miss. I've found that if I start it out in iTunes Radio and THEN go to Rdio/Spotify/Pandora the track info shows. If I start from those apps nothing comes up.
I have a 2013 Q7 w/ MMI 566 (iphone 5 w/ iOS7). When I mentioned about an upgrade to my dealership, they had no clue. I also told them I was concerned that my rear camera was flickering (almost causing me to hit things) they also were clueless/not too concerned.
