Actually these wheels will not fit the A7 on their own. The offset on the A7 wheels is 13 less than this A6 wheel. It means that the outer position of the A6 wheel will retract by 13mm from your fender and will have 13mm less inner clearance on your A7. It should easily be remedied with a set of 15mm spacers though.

Thank you for the info. I went to the dealer last night. The parts department was not very helpful and said it isn't possible to order since they were only offered on European cars. I gave him the part number you had posted and then he said maybe? Says the wheels have to be approved by the US DOT. I then told him there was an A4 outside with the 5 arm rotor design but just a different size. My salesman arrived and said he didn't think it would be a problem to order them. He wanted to check with someone to make sure they will fit on the A7 so I should hear back from them in a few days. Sounds like you already beat them to the punch since you say it needs spacers. Thank you so much for the information! I assume Audi knows how to get the spacers and install them if I order the wheels through the dealer. What tires did you fit to the wheels?

Hard to believe they are 19's.
IMO 20s are a must.

They looked good enough for Hartmann to add same pic to their wheel product gallery website.

Why wouldn't Hartmann want to add a picture of their product mounted on a vehicle? LOL

Yes, I put the same size wheels on my Q5. The darker color wheels pop more on my white Q5.

Default Road Hazard Warranty on non-OEM wheels

Does anyone know if Audi Fidelity Pure Protection RoadHazard Warranty covers OEM Replica wheels? I read over entire contract and the verbiage indicates it covers tires that were purchased with vehicle or replacement tires, but doesn't give exclusions to wheels. Any thoughts? I've read good things about Hartmann wheels, but feels like a waste to get OEM replicas not covered under Road Hazard Warranty.

Only actual Audi OEM wheels are covered by road hazard.
