Well it's official! In 3 - 4 months I will be getting my new A6. Placed the order today. Oolong gray, beige interior, prestige and cold weather pkg. Does anybody have an experience on delivery time promised vs. actual? I would like to have it for valentines da,y as a gift for my wife! Well I guess I better put the '07 530 for sale after january.

I actually ordered from the dealer on July 28. Latest intel has my ship landing in RI the week of Dec 12. I may just hold off until Jan 1 to purchase as I do not need to buy it, pay taxes in 2011, and leave for vacation for 2 weeks... However, I am sure as soon as I see her, I will want her !

Yea, there's no way you can see it at the dealer and not want to take her home. And getting it this year just means you can write the sales taxes off this coming season, as opposed to having to wait 17 months to do so.
