I ordered one of the Tonic Concepts EZ-Pass holders here:

They are available with a velcro strip or a non-slip pad for the dash (which I received). It works great on the dash - no slipping whatsoever, looks innocuous and hides that crappy white box that was stuck on the windshield. Around $20 and their customer service is great. They carry many versions for the different sized transmitters. Toll-tested and no problems.
