MMI ver 715+ available for 2013 A6? Audi said no
I just had service done and complained about MMI issues and pushed to get upgrades. the tech said he would but that none other then my 566 was available for my 2013 A6? Is this true I thought 715 was slightly better with improved Bluetooth and sound quality?

Nonsense. Many of us here have had 0566 or earlier updated to 0715-2 including on my 2013 last year. The tech is either making stuff up to avoid doing it or doesn't know what he's talking about.
Keep in mind, Audi will not reimburse the dealer unless a specific MMI problem is noted on their claim. Some dealers just want to avoid the whole thing because they feel it's too much trouble. Go elsewhere to find a friendlier dealer.
