I will chime in and agree on the negative service experience at momentum. while my purchase was great from Momentum, the first service was not. Took car in for 1st and camera chip install, had to take off a day from work. long story short, 9.5hrs later the camera chip was not installed. They claimed that they had a bad chip and would special order another one. Got call that part was in and when calling back to get appointment, i also was told it would be another 3 weeks. unacceptable. i called Audi North and they bent over backward to get my chip installed. They initially said they had some difficulties but contacted Audi and it turned out that the chip that was recommended was incorrect so they installed a different one (there are two chips variations) and worked great. They even offered to come pick up my car for service. Audi north will be my Houston based audi service location.
