I have 19" (255/40/R19) with sport package. Oolong grey exterior color. Oolong changes with shade from black to brown/green in sun light.

That is the valet feature. You can lock your trunk and then your glove box to make sure valet does not go through your things when they have your car.

Just received a letter from JD Power to participate an online survey. In it, they enclosed $1. I've done many JD Power surveys and this is the first time I received any dollar amount from them.

Just like the OP stated, Audi has done an excellent job with the C7. I'm certainly enjoying mine!

I got a dollar in our survey as well. It's certainly to everyone's advantage for people to participate in the survey. If there are few or no flaws reported, it raises Audi's standing (and thus our standing as owners), and if people report issues, they can get addressed as TSBs.

My new A6 replaced a 2001 A4 that my wife bought new. In 11 years we never had a mechanical or electronic issue. The plastic cup-holder cover (the old one that retracted into the dash above the radio) broke off once, that was about it.

I would however, echo the sentiment about increasing costiliness of standard maintenance through the dealer as the cars get on in age. Last time I visited with the A4 they wanted me to spend about $1500 to replace a number of items. That was the sell trigger for me - hello new A6.

Highly recommend that new owners take the time to complete the survey to reflect our highest satisfaction in the brand. I have promptly done the same for my S5 and Q7 TDI.
