Nail in the tire :(

So my GF's A6 has a nail in the rear left tire with only 750 miles on odometer.
The tire hasn't lost pressure yet. Do you guys think it can be patched or is it too close to the edge? I prefer not to replace it with another Pirelli. Suggestions?

Appreciate the advices.
Will put the spare tire on to avoid the nail from puncturing further and take it to a local tire shop. Tire pressure still seems good.
